You may have such access rights problem for general editor (not administrator). You can see the EDIT button on content listing page, but access denied after clicked.

First of all, you need an administrative account login. Although you specify in parameter DN (-D in command line), you can use distinguished name or userPrincipalName field value. Even the userPrincipalName is empty, you can still combine one by yourself (usually is {sAMAccountName}@{domain}).
Here is a sample value, suppose the domain is abc.com and password is Abcd1234:

Here is a temporary module that shows you how to filter some pages that do not support jQuery 1.7.
When using Twitter Bootstrap or any other module that MUST have a jQuery 1.7, you may find that some existing modules doesn't work proper such as views module and content types management.
Install this module and specify the url that needed to fallback to 1.5 in jQuery Update administrative page.
